Education & Experience
Dr. Heinz earned his DDS from the University of Detroit Mercy and completed his orthodontic residency at Indiana University School of Dentistry. After several years of working in Detroit, he founded Heinz Orthodontics in 2020, aiming to deliver world-class orthodontic care to patients of all ages.

Outside of the Office
Dr. Heinz’s wife, Katie, their son, Jack, and their dog, Goose, are often around the practice, so you may have the chance to meet them. Outside the office, Dr. Heinz enjoys outdoor activities like hunting, fishing, and skiing—anything that gets him out of the house.
His passion for orthodontics stems from the daily interactions with patients, families, and the community, and he looks forward to continuing to serve West Michigan for many years to come.
